Taney 16u Clinches Fall Ball Championship!!!

  • On Monday, November 3rd, the Taney 16U Dragons celebrated the end of another great season with 6-3 victory over the GC Brawlers to win the 16u Tri-State Elite Fall League Championship!
  •  The Dragons trailed 3-2 in the bottom of the sixth inning when Isaiah Tinsley-Cobbs doubled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs.
  • Lucas Kim led things off on the hill for Taney 16U. He surrendered three runs on four hits over five and two-thirds innings, striking out six.
  • The Dragons collected ten hits on the day. Kim, Holahan, and Tinsley-Cobbs each collected multiple hits. Kim went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Taney 16U in hits.
  • Lucas Kim pitched 5.0 innings gave up 4 hits 3 runs striking out 6. Blaise Rago came in for the win with a 2 innings, giving up 1 hit and 0 runs striking out 2.
